Please read these Terms of Use (“Terms”) before using Ale Convert. By downloading or using the app, you agree to these Terms. This agreement is between you and Mustafa Barbari, trading as Qoluster (“we”, “us”), the developer of Ale Convert; it is not with Apple.
We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use Ale Convert on Apple-branded devices that you own or control, as permitted by the App Store Terms of Service and Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the “Apple Standard EULA”), which these Terms incorporate by reference. Where these Terms and the Apple Standard EULA conflict, the protection that is more favorable to your rights applies.
Some features require Ale Convert Pro, available as:
Subscriptions are billed to your Apple ID and renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel anytime in your Apple ID subscription settings; cancelling takes effect at the end of the current period. Prices are shown in the app and may vary by region. The Lifetime plan is a one-time, non-recurring purchase. Purchases can be restored on your devices via “Restore Purchases”.
You are responsible for the files you process and for having the rights to do so. Do not use the app for any unlawful purpose. The app processes your content locally to perform the function you request.
Ale Convert is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any result will meet your requirements. Always keep backups of important files.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mustafa Barbari is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, arising from your use of the app.
We may update these Terms. The effective date above reflects the latest version; continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.
